MAK AURA FRAGRANCES

At MAK AURA FRAGRANCES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 5 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used perfumes and fragrance oils

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
